1. How can I purchase a gift card and check the balance?

Purchase a physical gift card in-store or purchase an e-gift card. Check the balance of your gift card online. 

2. What is your return policy?

Most items in new condition that are returned within 60 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.  To return items to a different location than they were purchased from, receipt must be present. All sales are final on discounted and sale items.

3. Do you have a Frequent Buyer Program?

We appreciate your business and your loyalty to our store. As a result, we offer a Personal Rewards Program. Spend $150 through your in-store account to earn a $15 Personal Rewards Voucher to use at Fleet Feet Sports Burbank. 

There is no time limit to accumulate $150; however, your voucher is only valid for 90 days from the date you accumulated $150. We'll send you an email notification when your voucher is active. Print it out, so you will remember to use it. You may also ask any Fit Associate to check on your Personal Rewards status at any time.

4. Do you have a Referral Program?

We have added a referral component to our Personal Rewards Program, so now there's another way you can earn a $15 voucher for use in-store! Simply refer two friends to our store. When they make their first purchase and mention your name, we'll make a note on your account. Easy as that! The $15 voucher can then be redeemed on any future visit.
