No Boundaries - 5K Training More Info »

Goal Race: The Great Race of Agoura Hills - Deena Kastor 5K
Program Fee: $85.00
Description: No Boundaries is a 5K/10K training program structured to help you cross the finish line for the first time, or the 10th time, in just 10 weeks. This nationally organized and recognized program is sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country. Thousands of people have completed 5Ks and 10Ks through No Boundaries. You can too!

Intermediate 5K Training More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:45 PM + Saturdays @ 8:00 AM
Program Fee: $80
Description: Intermediate 5K Training is perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race! This group will focus on pace and form, as well as emphasize continuous running. During the 6 week program, you'll be introduced to different components of training that will help build speed and strength to ensure you reach the finish line as a healthier and happier runner.

10K Training More Info »

Program Start: January 16, 2018
Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:45 PM, Saturdays @ 8 AM
Goal Race: Old Agoura 10K
Program Fee: $85.00 (race entry not included)
Description: Designed for runners who have completed No Boundaries or have recently run a 5k race, the 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. Weekly group runs and a new community of runners will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals.

Half Marathon Training More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM, Saturdays @ 7 AM
Goal Race: Rock 'N' Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon
Program Fee: $100 (excludes race fee)
Description: SoCal has an abundance of great half marathons in the fall. Our program will get you ready to tackle the Long Beach Half, Rock'n'Roll LA Half and Greenway2020 Half. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on half marathons, to complete a race in 12 weeks.

2018 LA Marathon Training More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM, Saturdays @ 7 AM
Goal Race: 2018 Skechers LA Marathon
Program Fee: $130 (excludes race fee)
Description: A 14-week fullmarathon training program with calendar of scheduled workouts and recommended workouts provided. Two coach-led weekly workouts: Tuesday night speed/skill and Saturday morning endurance runs. Exclusive Fleet Feet training tech tee. Clinics on running form, injury prevention, nutrition, hydration, self-myofascial release and more! Dedicated coach and mentors to help you find your pace, push your limits and achieve your goals. Team support, encouragement, and friendship.

Trail Half Marathon Training More Info »

Program Start: April 25th, 2017
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM, Saturdays at 7:00 AM
Goal Race: Santa Barbara Endurance Run
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: Los Angeles is a vast area of concrete stretching for miles, but we also have some amazing vista's and trails in our own back yards. Our program targets runners and run/walkers who are currently comfortable doing road 10ks and half marathons. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on trail half marathons, to complete a race in 12 weeks.
