5K Training (No Boundaries) More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesday at 6:30p, Saturday at 8:00a
Program Fee: $75.00
Description: No Boundaries is a 5K/10K training program structured to help you cross the finish line for the first time, or the 10th time, in just 8-10 weeks. This nationally organized and recognized program is sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country. Thousands of people have completed 5Ks and 10Ks through No Boundaries. You can too!

10K Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Sept. 15th, 2015
Program Schedule: Tuesday at 6:30p, Saturday at 8:00a
Program Fee: $75.00
Description: Designed for runners who have completed No Boundaries or have recently run a 5k race, the 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. Weekly group runs and a new community of runners will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals.

Half Marathon Training More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesday at 6:30p, Saturday at 7:30a
Program Fee: ex: $85.00
Description: SoCal has an abundance of great half marathons in the fall. Our program will get you ready to tackle the Long Beach Half, Rock'n'Roll LA Half and Greenway2020 Half. Our exceptional coaching staff and mentors will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on half marathons, to complete a race in 12-15 weeks.

Trail Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: March 31st, 2016
Program Schedule: Tuesday at 6:30p, Saturday at 7:30a
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Los Angeles is a vast area of concrete stretching for miles, but we also have some amazing vista's and trails in our own back yards. It's a simple proposition, become a Trail Race Warrior with us this Spring and find out what makes trail running in SoCal some of the best in the state! Our program targets runners and run/walkers who are currently comfortable doing road 10ks and half marathons. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on trail half marathons, to complete a race in 11 weeks.

Program Fee: $125. excluding race fee
Description: A 17-week full or half marathon training program with calendar of scheduled workouts and recommended workouts provided. Two coach-led weekly workouts: Tuesday night Speed/Skill, Saturday morning endurance. Exclusive Adidas and Fleet Feet training tech tee. Clinics on running form, injury prevention, nutrition, hydration, self-myofascial release and more! Dedicated coach and mentors to help you find your pace, push your limits and achieve your goals. Team support, encouragement, and friendship.
