10K Training

Designed for runners who have completed No Boundaries or have recently run a 5K race, the 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Occasional clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area’s leading experts.  Weekly group runs and a new community of runners will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals. 

Have you completed a 5K and you want to take your running to the next level? Can you comfortably run 20-30 minutes and are looking to increase your distance? Whether you are a beginner or you are looking for advanced training, we will make sure that you are in a pace group where you are comfortable with others who are at a similar level. 

The next 10K training program will be a part of the No Boundaries program beginning on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
RSVP for Info Night on Tuesday, August 15 @ 7 PM at the store. 

The cost of the program is $85 and includes:

  • A 10-week training program
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions - Tuesdays @ 6:45 PM and Saturdays @ 8:00 AM
  • Access to coaches via email during the week
  • New Balance No Boundaries tech tee
  • Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, and more
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
