Intermediate 5K Training

Intermediate 5K Training is perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race! This group will focus on pace and form, as well as emphasize continuous running. During the 6 week program, you'll be introduced to different components of training that will help build speed and strength to ensure you reach the finish line as a healthier and happier runner. The program not only includes a training plan, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you.
      
Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Weeknight workouts will include speed or interval training, while weekend workouts will increase distance. Training mileage will be longer than the race distance. If you can already run 3 miles without stopping (or with limited walk breaks), or if you have already participated in No Boundaries, Intermediate 5K Training is designed for YOU.
 

Intermediate 5K Training will begin again at a date TBD.

The cost of the program is $80 and includes:

  • A 6-week training program
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions - Tuesdays @ 6:45 PM and Saturdays @ 8:00 AM
  • Access to coaches via email during the week
  • Tech tee
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
