Trail Half Marathon Training

Los Angeles is a vast area of concrete stretching for miles, but we also have some amazing vistas and trails in our own back yards. Our program targets runners and run/walkers who are currently comfortable doing road 10Ks and half marathons. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on trail half marathons, to complete a race in 12 weeks. 

The next program will begin at a date TBD.

When: Weekly training runs will be at 6:30 PM on Tuesdays and 7 AM on Saturdays.
Where: The group will start by meeting at the Fleet Feet Sports in Burbank parking lot at 1516 W. Magnolia Blvd and will continue to meet at various trails around Los Angeles.
Program Cost: $100 per participant  

 As part of the trail half marathon program, participants will receive the following: 

  • A 12-week training program 
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions with pace leaders
    -Tuesdays: Speed and strength conditioning workouts
    -Saturdays: One day long trail run 
    -Additional workout recommendations 
  • Access to coaches via email during the week
  • A team tech tee
  • Informational clinics, injury prevention, nutrition, and more
  • Special discounts
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
